The plans page is the source. What each plan includes and the Pro price are published at earthcare.network/plans, read live from the billing catalog. This page explains the model and does not repeat the amount, so it can never disagree with it.

The plans

Earth Care Cloud is its own service, not a plan: software you own, hosted for you, at earthcare.cloud. Enterprises that already have Cloud keep it. An enterprise still subscribed to an older plan keeps it, its price and everything Pro includes; Settings shows that plan’s name marked “legacy”. Nothing changes for them without a person’s message first.

Tokens, in plain terms

  • Jaguar and Studio run on tokens: our cost for the AI plus a published margin. Every run is listed in Billing with what it used.
  • Free has a monthly pool with a daily limit. The context interview never counts against it.
  • Pro tokens arrive with each billing period, and unused ones carry over for one more period.
  • Packs top up any plan whenever you like, and bought tokens never expire.
  • When you run out, you can top up, go Pro, or wait for the reset. We never charge you without asking.
  • Check the live rate card: GET /api/v1/credits/rate-cards/, and your balance via get_wallet_balance or the portal.

Fair use

Anything we call unlimited follows the fair-use promise on the plans page: if an account stays far past normal use for three months running, a person reaches out. There is never a surprise bill.
